Joining as Category Manager, working closely the Senior Category & Insights team, you'll be intrinsic in driving product growth. The ultimate buzz - seeing the fruits of your labour on supermarket shelves.
As the category champion, you'll be immersed in the business. This is a collaborative culture, where you'll enjoy working cross-functionally, particularly with Marketing and NPD. It's not all number crunching and data. An ability to build strong, influential relationships both with the retailers and your colleagues are paramount.
You'll need a minimum 2 years' category experience, preferably gained in the food industry. Although a wider FMCG sector could translate, provided you share a genuine interest in all things food. Your working knowledge of interpreting market data and measures using Nielsen, Kantar and IRI, will see you translate data into actionable and engaging insight, In turn, creating strong and influential presentations to the retailer.
