A great opportunity for an experienced Network Support Engineer to be working with an international invesmtent bank.
Please note this role is 5 days a week onsite
Incident Management
To take ownership of network related incidents and troubleshoot from first alert to resolution, to have good customer facing skills when liaising with users, to co-operate with other team members and other internal teams, to liaise and take charge of vendors for incident resolution.
Project Support
To conduct project activities to specific time lines and to deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team.

Professional Qualifications
On Call and Weekend Support
Work as per shift planned to cover support and project delivery for after office hours on call and weekend working if required.

Normal office hours Monday – Friday

No overtime planned, out of hours work for system changes.

Participation in a shift pattern to cover support and project delivery (2 in 6 shifts).
- Early shift starts at 7:00 am; late shift cover ends at 6 pm.

Participation in an on-call rota (typically covering 7 days 1 in 6 weeks)

Occasional bank holiday working as per business requirements.
