Summary:

Ensures security and smooth operational planning for solar O&M business.

Requires detail-oriented, proactive communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Remotely monitor security/CCTV cameras and log faults.

Escalate out-of-hours issues to the appropriate department.

Coordinate necessary repairs with onsite technicians.

Update internal tracker based on technician and third-party reports.

Prepare CCTV screenshots for client reports.
-
Communicate with security companies for quotes, approvals, and site visits.

Manage security contractors for compliance with policies and contracts. 12. Report intrusions, inform police, and arrange for repairs.

Ensure compliance with client security protocols.

Update documents with access codes and security procedures.
