Operational Support Manager

As someone experienced in supplier relationship management in a fast-moving contact centre and product fulfilment environment, and someone experienced in customer care operations we want you to help maintain and deliver operational effectiveness across our outsourced partners and third-party service providers.
As Operational Supporter Manager, you will take responsibility for managing our Service Delivery function and small team of 2 people during 12 months of maternity cover. You’ll work alongside a fellow OSM who leads on Income Processing and Optimisation.
In this role you’ll manage the day-to-day service delivery operations and account management of at least 4 key suppliers and will involve monitoring their operational delivery against clear SLA’s. You’ll also be an internal conduit between our Fundraising, Campaign, Retail, Data and Supporter Care teams for implementing new and existing products, campaigns, systems and initiatives, assessing and identifying the needs of these teams and our supporters and against the impact and capacity of our Supporter Care and outsourcing teams. You’ll be planning and prioritising work and communicating project status back to stakeholders. You will collaborate with wider teams to foster a dynamic work environment that promotes and sustains continuous improvement.
For this key role, you must have experience of managing large volumes of work within agreed time frames and of the highest quality. Experience in engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and evidence of delivering service improvement with customers through process, systems and people.
In addition to this, you will be good at problem solving and implementing solutions. You will be effective at prioritising and possess strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
