Role: HR Coordinator - Interim

Salary / Rate of pay: From £14.50 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury property in the Mayfair area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team on an initial interim basis.
What's in it for you?
General office hours Monday to Friday, however offering PT hours on an interim basis only (minimum 3 days)
Hourly Rate - Get paid for every hour that you work.
Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday.
Minimum 4 weeks, ongoing and could potentially lead to permanent for the right person

From £14.50 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of human resources operations within the hotel
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Facilitate new employee on boarding and induction programmes
Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases
Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
Immediately available with no prior commitments including holiday, notice and must have the right to work in the UK
