As a Client & Sales Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to process sales orders, manage workflows, and coordinate with our depots and Transport Teams to ensure timely and complete order dispatch.
This position is based at our clients in Alton, Hampshire, and is office-based.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Process sales orders using InspHire.
Confirm orders and coordinate delivery details with sites.
Update clients on delivery dates and raise proforma invoices.
Process proforma card payments.
Collaborate with the mechanical design team for custom design approvals.
Work with the marketing team on custom livery designs.
Order Management:
Review and update pick lists for each depot daily.
Follow up on outstanding orders.
Customer Interaction:
Handle general queries and route calls to appropriate departments.
KPIs:
Seamless order and workflow processing.
On-time, in-full delivery with timely communication to operations.
