Customer Service Advisor
We a seeking an experienced customer service advisor to join our world leading client based in Burton-on-Trent on a Temporary ongoing basis. As a customer service advisor, you will be working in conjunction with other sites across the UK to ensure that all customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Payrate: £11.48 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all hauliers are accurately paid on time, either through PO's or CFX debrief.
Liaison with both external and internal customers as and when required.
Ensuring all telephone and email queries are answered promptly and resolved.
Booking in of deliveries with the customer.
Chase outstanding deliveries and reasons for their delays, which includes updating service reports.
Ensure relevant custom paperwork has been completed for deliveries.
Adherence to all health & safety aspects as required.
Requirements:
Previous Planning experience is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to show initiative and be pro-active in resolving problems encountered.
Excellent interpersonal, motivation and planning skills.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
