The Opportunity
As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support to a diverse range of Corporate and SME clients. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide vital administrative assistance in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, and Group Private Medical Insurance.
Manage and update scheme data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Source and compile quotes for new and existing schemes, supporting our Advisors in making top-notch recommendations.
Administer joiners and leavers, keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
Prepare high-quality, accurate reports and client documents, showcasing your keen eye for detail.
Respond to client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Prioritize and manage your workload, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
What They’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with at least one year of administration experience. You’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment if you:
Have a higher-level education or degree in any discipline.
Can achieve outcomes independently and effectively manage your own workload.
Excel in IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
Possess strong analytical abilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Are detail-oriented, with excellent time management and a proactive attitude.
Are motivated, with the ability to support and collaborate within a close-knit team.
Desirable Experience
While not required, experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Private Medical Insurance roles would be a bonus!
