Surecall Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our client's team in Liverpool area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Professional developmentYou will need:
A relevant Social Work Degree
Current registration with Social Work England
Evidence of continuous professional development, which reflects commitment to both effective management in a large organisation and maintaining professional expertise - minimum 3 years' experience post qualification
Substantial management experience within a children's social care environment and proven track record of managing effective teams
Proven track record of working in a performance and quality assurance culture and achieving good quality work within the team
Knowledge of childcare legislation, statutory guidance, best practice 33.58
Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
Knowledge of and an understanding of child protection and looked after children processes as outlined in Working Together to Safeguard Children and The Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010.
Access to a vehicle and Driving License.
