Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Wallstone Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This is a dynamic position that focuses on both business development and candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering top-tier candidates who align with their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement.

Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in recruitment.
