Job Summary:
Hi Tec Welding Services, a leader in providing high-quality welding solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Process general office documents for data entry i.e time sheets, invoices, P.O’s etc.

Prepare & raise organize and manage documentation.

Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and filing systems.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, including processing invoices and tracking payments.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and emails as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Assist in maintaining documentation related to health and safety protocols and other trackers and training etc.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's business administration or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with basic accounting procedures is a plus
