My client based near Grafham are currently recruiting for an Account Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Offering working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm and a salary of £24,000 depending on experience. The main purpose of the role will be to promote the business to current customers as well as bringing in new leads for products and services, ensuring the customers receive the best customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Work with customers and internal teams to closely understand the needs and goals of each customer.
· Analyse business trends and markets for potential new leads
· Update and maintain the CRM database with current and prospective leads for all marketing activities.
· Raising works orders, processing invoices through Xero (full training given)
· Carry out target marketing in conjunction with our outsourced marketing agency for example case studies of installs or product information to share with potential leads and customers.
· Research local government sites in and around London to promote growth in particular lead generation, attending trade shows to promote the company
· Own customer onboarding in the launch phase both operationally and strategically: create new company profiles, set up and plan the implementation of new accounts as well as submit Monthly Billing Applications to Finance.
· Define objectives and align with customers priorities, set and manage timelines with customers for implementation either onsite or remotely.
· Carry out general housekeeping duties maintaining a clean office environment.
· A varied role with caveat of any other duties that the business requires you to carry out.
