This permanent role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of fit-out projects, maintaining high standards, and exceeding client expectations.
Your first project will be in Staines (commercial fit-out) until July next year, after which you’ll take on projects across London.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects on-site, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality.

Lead and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.

Proactively address any issues that arise, keeping the project on track.

Maintain strong client communication to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Handle all site documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects up to £5m.

Ideally from a joinery background, with strong knowledge of the fit-out process.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise effectively with clients.
