We are supporting our client, a top Legal firm in the recruit for an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. In this role you will have the option to split your time between the Sheffield office and working from home so you must live within a commutable distance to Sheffield. 2 days per week required in the office.

Role: Administrator

Contract: Full time, Permanent
Working Days: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Duties:
Resolve internal and external invoicing queries
Ensure invoices are raised accurately and correctly
Escalate issues to management as and when needed
Maintain internal audit standards
Provide full administrative support including data entry tasks What you will need to succeed:
Background of working in Data entry or Administration
Experience dealing with invoices / finance administration
Strong communicator
Experience of working in a fast paced environment & working to deadlines
Ability to manage own workload
