Business Development Executive (Waste management)
Hours: Hybrid- Monday-Friday/ 25% of the role will be field based
Salary: £35k + Bonus & Commission

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen as a result of expanding our services for a Business Development Executive to join our existing team. This is an expansion to our business and would be your chance to make a real difference. You would be working collaboratively in helping to shape and develop this new stage in our growth and development alongside our existing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, project management, and market negotiation. The ideal candidate would be conversant with environmental and waste recycling regulations
Responsibilities:

To develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify and pursue new business opportunities armed with a strong understanding of our services and our competition.

To develop solid commercial knowledge (deal making) and experience of added value sales in the waste and recycling marketplace in the UK

Negotiate contracts and agreements

To develop a solid commercial knowledge (deal making) and experience of added value sales in the waste and recycling marketplace in the UK

Frequent travel to client meetings in the UK / Europe, conducting presentations and developing effective marketing materials with the team to raise the profile of the businesses services.
Experience and Skills:

A self-starter to utilise and interrogate data converting into successful leads

An excellent communicator, inspiring presenter with strong organisational skills

A proven track record of winning new business in a competitive market.

A solid commercial knowledge of the recycling and waste industry

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

Proficiency in using IT/Communication software's and CRM systems. Experience of using Salesforces a distinct advantage
