Our client are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure that they remain compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and their properties are managed and documented correctly.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor contractor performance
Manage operational budgets
Facilitate company audits
Support client management team in delivering high standards to our clients
Onboard new contractors and offboard underperforming contractors
Monitoring contract performance and compliance
Resolving disputes and issuesRequired
5+ years experience
Full UK drivers license
RICS Certification preferred
Contract negotiation
