The Portfolio Group are partnering with a global retail organisation currently looking to hire an experience EMEA Payroll Team Leader to be based out of their European Head Office located in London.
This role will report directly into the International Payroll Manager and will be responsible for the line management of one Payroll Assistant.
Responsibilities include:
Taking ownership of UK payroll processing
Supporting the team in the processing and coordination of high volume payroll across several EU countries
Supporting on EU payroll projects
Oversee payroll reporting and balance reconciliations
Preparations of payroll journals and bonus accruals
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Maintenance of the timekeeping system
Supervision and development of the payroll assistant
Experience required:
Experience of processing UK & EMEA payrolls
Experience in either a stand alone, senior to or supervisory payroll position
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
