Role Overview:
As a Scheduler, your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Communication: Make initial calls to customers to schedule and confirm their appointments.

Appointment Scheduling: Plan and organize daily schedules for our technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.

Liaison Work: Coordinate with third-party customers to manage and confirm appointments.

Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Appointment Management: Ensure all customer appointments are attended and completed on time.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyse situations and find effective solutions.

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction.

Job Details:

Contract Duration: 6 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8 am to 4 pm)

Hourly Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience (DOE)
