HR & Payroll Administrator
Location: Wales (Remote working with some initial office attendance required)
Contract: Until 31st December 2024
Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday
We are partnering with a prestigious public sector client in Wales, who are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key public sector organisation, working remotely with some initial office attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment procedures and addressing general recruitment queries.
Drafting changes to terms and conditions.
Handling parental leave and sick absences.
Processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
Administering pensions.
Responding to HR & payroll enquiries.
Developing and providing management information and analysis.Essential Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in a shared service centre environment.
Strong understanding of HR systems and related software/applications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in IT, particularly accurate data entry skills
