They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Domiciliary Registered Manager to oversee the operations of multiple care services within the growing network.
Role Overview
As a Multi-Site Domiciliary Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of multiple domiciliary care services across different locations. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the efficient running of each site. You will be a key player in driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple domiciliary care services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.

Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support care managers and teams across all sites, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services comply with CQC regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Client Care: Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that care plans are tailored to individual needs.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your region, working closely with the Regional Operations Director to achieve business objectives.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets for each site, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the quality of care.

Staff Recruitment and Training: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that each site has a skilled and motivated workforce.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained across all sites.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care, with a track record of managing multiple sites.

Education: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience in leading diverse teams across multiple locations.

Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance across all sites.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Business Acumen: Strong financial management skills, with experience in budget management and business development.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel between sites as required, with a full driving license.
