Office Coordinator/Administrator
Our client is a Landscaping & Facilities award-winning company that specialises in commercial services like grounds maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and more. They have been around for a while and have gathered loads of experience, serving clients across the West Midlands & East Midlands and are ever expending opening a new office in NN6.
A family-run business making sure that customers are super happy is the top priority. They have earned a great reputation in the Midlands known for building strong relationships with big house builders and developers by being really hands-on and responsive to their needs.
They are looking for an Office Manager/Administrator to set up the new office, dealing with calls to the Contracts Managers regarding supplies, taking and coordinating deliveries, organising staff schedules, looking after materials orders as well as all general admin/office duties such as answering calls, typing, and post. Experience in working with a landscaping firm or housebuilder would be advantageous along with strong organisational skills
