This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,969 - £72,055 per annum following successful completion of the probation period. As the Regional Operations Manager - Children's Homes, you will:
Coach and support the Registered Home Managers to enhance team performance.
Develop strategic plans to grow the business within your cluster.
Monitor quality and manage performance to meet KPIs and regulations.
Regularly visit homes to build relationships and understand each child's needs.
Maintain registration as the Responsible Individual for your cluster.
Manage financial controls and budgetary parameters.
Develop cost-effective solutions for business opportunities.
Lead the mobilisation of new and acquired homes within your cluster.
Handle emergency on-call responsibilities as per a planned rota.Package and Benefits:

Ongoing continued professional trainingThe ideal Regional Operations Manager - Children's Homes will have:
Full working knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations/Quality Standards
Ability to meet requirements for registration as a Responsible Individual
Willingness to travel around the Midlands area
Experience leading a Residential Children's home to Ofsted 'Outstanding'
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
