Accounts Coordinator - Tasks & responsibilities: (Not limited to)
- Building lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable products or services to improve satisfaction
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of company products/offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients
- Following up and updating customers about the latest offers
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns and reporting their feedback to sales, marketing and product development teams
- Researching prospective and existing clients for a better understanding of their needs
- Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
- Generating and following-up business leads
- Handling SAGE account and relevant functions
- Nurturing and cultivating strong, trusting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships
- Identifying and comprehending client needs, proactively seeking out new business opportunities within your assigned portfolio
- Delivering exceptional customer service and consistently striving to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Clear and efficient communication between internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients
- Identifying areas for improvement within the account management process and suggesting new tools and streamlined processes to enhance efficiency
- Think strategically when you’re faced with obstruction from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide routine updates to the Company’s sales database with account activity and status.
- Dealing with staff queries and addressing them in a timely manner

Education / Experience:
The ability to demonstrate strong business acumen is important. Candidates must be financially astute and mathematically capable of understanding how to work our margin percentages, as well as maintaining and developing the profitability of the company.
- Experience of using SAGE and other software.
- Educated to degree level
- Ability to listen and articulate effectively
- To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from Director level to Junior level.
- To be flexible on working hours and to work longer hours as the job may entail.
- To travel when and where necessary if required.
- To be able to run standard reports as and when required.
