Property Coordinator- Dorking- £27,000-£33,000pa- DOE
(Must obtain a driving licence and own a car)
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to assist the Property Management department and look after a high-end portfolio of residential units.
Your key responsibilities will consist of:
• Dealing with daily maintenance issues.
• Ensuring that landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues are fully aware of all action that you take.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports, using inventory hive.
• Deposit returns, negotiate between Landlord and Tenant to resolve damages, and liaise with the tenancy deposit scheme.
• Comply with all letting’s tasks and relevant legislation.
• Process all invoices.
• Provide an outstanding service to all clients.
• Arrange all gas safety certificates in a timely manner.
This is a great role for someone who has previous Property maintenance coordination experience and for someone who wants to embed themselves within an exceptional environment of likeminded people.

• Previous experience in property maintenance.

• Great organisational skills as well as time management skills
