Package Salary from £28,000 to £32,000 + Commission + Bonuses (Expectations in excess of £50,000 pa)

As a successful generalist recruitment agency in the South East we're excited to be expanding our market share and sectors and are looking for a dynamic and experienced permanent recruitment consultant with a proven track record of building and developing new relationships and market sectors.
In this varied role, you'll manage the full 360 degree recruitment process from sourcing vacancies to candidate search and selection to interview, offer stage, and beyond. You will have a great team supporting and working with you utilising a very comprehensive CRM system and the latest technology at hand.

About the role:
You will focus on permanent recruitment, performing a full 360-degree role which will encompass:

Handling your own portfolio of clients, developing new business relationships and sourcing the best talent in the marketplace via Westin Par’s multi-faceted candidate attraction strategy

Business development will form a key part of this role

Build up your desk to ensure a consistent flow of permanent vacancies. This position enables you to focus on solution-led recruitment, where you're the sole point of client contact

Operate across a broad spectrum of clients, from commercial corporates to SMEs to stand alone businesses.

Manage key client relationships with multiple Hiring Managers across your allocated clients

Identifying leads and opportunities to open up new client partnerships

Build strong relationships with Senior candidates and prospect clients

Negotiating fees and terms of engagement

Searching for suitable candidates who match our clients' requirements

Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn

All aspects of the recruitment process

Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
