About the role:
Want to get into Quality Engineering? My client is looking for a Junior Quality Engineer to ensure they continually improve its operating systems, performance and constantly meets and exceeds the expectations of the organisations customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities:

Preparing for and interfacing with customers to provide support, practical advice and solve any problems in a timely manner

Communicating customer’s requirements to internal departments

Supporting all interfacing departments and colleagues

Managing and maintaining all necessary quality documentation and records
-
Receiving initial concerns from our clients and managing problem solving and responses to customer specific requirements

Responding, communicating and liaising with customers in a timely and effective manner as required

Analyse data, identify trends, and take an active role in manufacturing improvements
-
Effective in improving the organisations business systems IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
Experience Required:

You will ideally hold an engineering HNC/HND qualification or equivalent experience

Previous specific industry experience is not a requisite as full training will be provided

Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, APQP, SPC and automotive problem-solving methodologies would be beneficial

You will also be consistent, persistent, accurate with attention to detail whilst maintaining quality and standards, enjoy problem solving and challenges and always remain professional

You will need to be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams 365 and SharePoint

Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be reliable, flexible with good timekeeping and you must be prepared for foreign travel at short notice when required
