Are you our new People Services Administrator?
As a People Services Administrator you'll be part of our People Services Team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle at Intrum. Your role is supporting HR administration, pre-employment checks, onboarding, providing an exceptional level of customer service to all employees. You'll be based in Manchester, with the added flexibility of hybrid working.
You'll have chances to support various business divisions throughout the UK & Ireland. This position requires a solid background in HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We seek someone proactive and responsive to join our collaborative, ambitious HR People Team, dedicated to fostering innovation, efficiency, and progressive people solutions to maintain our status as an employer of choice.
What you will do:
Act as first point of contact for incoming HR/Onboarding queries including monitoring emails and answering phone enquiries.
Coordination of pre-employment and ongoing employee screening checks including criminal records, credit checks and fraud database checks.
Be a key point of contact for all people-related queries, being the friendly face of the People Team and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all employees.
Taking accountability to manage employee lifecycle process: Starters, Probation, Leavers and Contractual Changes.
Day-to-day management of our HR Information System, Workday, and ensuring all employee records are kept up to date and accurate.
Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty, by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects that have potential to impact our customers.
What we're looking for:
Strong HR administration skills across the employee lifecycle including pre-employment screening checks with excellent attention to detail.
Able to prioritise a busy and demanding workload; strong deadline adherence and response times to priority tasks/queries
Can be flexible and has the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
Acts with discretion, integrity and professionalism at all times.
Proactive, takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and is passionate about creating a first-class employee experience.
Effective English communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to adapt communication to audiences at all levels.
