Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be based in Princes Risborough?
This role is offered on a full-time basis and you will be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
Main Duties of the Role

Providing remote second line support to customers whilst providing excellent service

Act as point of escalation for 1st Line Engineers and escalating tickets when required

Mentoring junior members of the team
Your Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar position

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Experience of: Hyper-V, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Server failures & System backups
Salary
- £25,000-£29,000 per annum
