£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our client, a medium sized company based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a role as there will be lots of scope to develop policies, procedures and pick up project work.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with existing staff to ensure the HR function supports overall business objectives
Develop policies and procedures
Support with the management of any performance issues, sickness and absence
Produce relevant reports as and when required
Assist with the learning and development plans
Work closely with an external HR support when needed
Support with the development of ED&I policy
Manage the recruitment process and liaise with line managers accordingly
Desired Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a HR role at advisory level within a professional services environment
CIPD level 5
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practises.
Experience running recruitment campaigns
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Location:
This role is based in Manchester City Centre, conveniently located close to train and tram stations. The role is predominantly office based with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
