The Assistant Operations Manager will support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Worksop facility. This role involves coordinating various operational activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating operations activities
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies
Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Assist in managing budgets and controlling operational costs
We are keen to speak with Operational Leaders with the following skills & experience:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a packing/production environment
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
