Key Responsibilities:
Providing support to clients face to face
Conduct operational pre-checks and proactively monitor operations
Monitor schedules and ensure timely coordination through the portal
Provide real time updates and messages to clients
Produce detailed briefings and documents for both internal and client use
Coordinate with various third-party suppliers, including service providers and logistics partners
Maintain and update the CRM system regularly
Produce and update schedules, ensuring accurate communication between clients and third-parties
Work Schedule:
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, rota's will be provided in advance
Flexibility is required to meet business needs
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
