Hospitality Manager Required for New Not-For-Profit Care Home

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
Your role will be to ensure the hospitality function of the care home is to a high standard and to ensure residents receive a high-quality service. The role includes but is not limited to:
Line management to Chef, Housekeeping & Maintenance staff
Maintaining the home to the highest standards.
Organising hospitality related services for residents.
Staff rota management.
Ensure all hospitality services adhere to compliance standards.
Budget management.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Head of Hospitality role.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
Strong organisational and budget management skills.
Remuneration
£40,000
