Nexus are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work across the Yorkshire region for a National Interior Fitout company.
You will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of fit out and refurbishment projects.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will work across multiple sites with a team of site managers taking responsibility for managing key projects and frameworks, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of Site Managers to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire life-cycle of fit out and refurbishment projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project duration.
