Key Responsibilities:
Drive the expansion of the company's presence in the UK and Ireland by identifying and engaging with key distributors and stakeholders, and developing tailored strategies to penetrate the market effectively.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and support needed to succeed.
Collaborate with internal teams to shape the product portfolio for the UK and Ireland, ensuring it aligns with market needs and opportunities.
Oversee a variety of commercial functions, including pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and market analysis, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Interact with global and regional teams to align business objectives, share insights, and leverage international resources to support local market success.Key Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in business management within the crop protection or agrochemical industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and build strong relationships.
In-depth understanding of the UK and Ireland crop protection markets, including key players, distribution channels, and emerging trends.
Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global team.
A degree in agriculture, agronomy, business, or a related field is preferred.
Flexibility to work from home, with the ability to travel across the UK and Ireland as required.
