The Ely office works mainly in the aviation engineering market, sourcing contractors to serve customers across Europe.
There is a requirement for an accounts administrator to join the finance team. As a member of a team of three, the successful applicant will be a responsible, diligent self-starter with great communication skills (particularly email), Basic Sage line 50 experience and be comfortable with MS Outlook, word and Excel. Full ongoing training offered with AAT qualification support offered for the successful candidate.
Core duties

Processing contractor weekly timesheets for payment and customer invoicing

Raising customer invoices

Resolving customer and contractor queries

Generating and distributing weekly customer statements

Managing the credit control process, providing customer feedback and payment dates to Management Team

Raising self-billing invoices for contractors

Processing cost of Sales on Sage
Successful applicant will have the below attributes / experience:

Good knowledge of MS Word and Outlook

Comfortable on MS Excel up to V-lookups

Basic experience of SAGE Line 50
