Business Support Administrator
Location: Telford, TF1
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 p/h
Kerry Collins Recruitment are working with an extremely well established client, who are based within the Telford area. Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their existing team and growing operation.
Daily duties for the Administrator would be to provide a complete and comprehensive range of administrative tasks to support the business and Director. Tasks will include but not limited to;
P.A style duties to the Director and helping communicate daily management information
Administration, Data Entry and Report population
Maintaining files and records
Providing support to the Accounts function and loading invoices
Helping with general incoming enquiries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent planning skills and proactive approach
Excellent communication skills and able to work on own initiative or as part of a wider team
A good working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and be able to problem solve
Work well under pressure
Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday – 9am to 4:30pm
