Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Poole, Dorset
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Live Chat.
Manage web sales returns efficiently.
Inform customers about unavailable items and handle refunds.
Assist with issues related to faulty garments, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Offer support to the B2B team as needed.
Share positive customer feedback with the team.
Contribute to the development of customer ticketing systems and other tools to enhance efficiency.Requirements:
Strong proficiency in systems; experience with Shopify and Sage 50 / 200 is a plus.
A positive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and know when to escalate issues.Benefits Package:
