Service Improvement Lead
Based in Preston (Hybrid working available)
£48,000 - £52,000 per annum
Must be eligible for Security Clearance
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for Continuous Service Improvement relating to the support of the AIR-ERP service
Responsible for the maintaining and developing the AIR ERP service model and associated process documentation
Responsible for the co-ordination and integration of support processes across associated service suppliers
Providing reporting and status updates to the management team as required
Support cost reduction activities
Supporting service reviews and ensure that agreed service changes are managed through to deliveryYour skills and experiences:
Experience in IT Support Processes and service-oriented background
Project Management experience
Experience in Senior Stakeholder Management
