As an IT Support Team Lead, your responsibilities will include…

Oversee the team and handle any escalations
-
Answering incoming calls from clients and being the first point of contact

Diagnosing & resolving software/hardware issues, including OS systems and applications
-
Providing email support as required and managing the “unassigned queue”.

Dealing with, logging and updating tickets on the system
-
Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and updated when required.

Dealing with any hardware that might come in to be repaired
We are looking for an IT Support Team Lead with the following skills and experience…
-
Ideally 3-4 years as an IT Support Team Lead, helpdesk or similar
-
Some experience or familiarity with Office 365 & Active Directory server
-
Experience working with an MSP is preferred
-
A tenacious, problem solving, and inquisitive mindset.
-
Clear and concise, able to translate tech speak.
-
Good time management, organisation and prioritising skills.
In return, the successful IT Support Team Lead will receive a salary of £30,000 to £33,000, plus the following benefits…
