Excellent opportunity for a role in a Customer Services call centre, based in Emersons Green, Bristol.
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work at our site in Emersons Green.

The role involves working with a team to handle inbound and outbound calls, you will be required to personally handle between 100 to 150 calls each shift. Calls vary but could include booking equipment, organising a delivery, or handling a complaint.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 17:00 with a 45 minute break.
Due to the fast paced environment we are ideally looking for someone with at least 1 years experience in a similar role.

Requirements

Previous Customer Service experience.
