Our client is looking for a Finance Administrative Assistant to work within their finance team. You will be responsible for general finance and admin duties within the team. In addition, they are looking for the right candidate who is happy to be customer facing to support the reception desk when required and to greet visitors and customers upon arrival.
Duties include but not limited to;

Input financial data into sales, purchase, and general ledgers with accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide administrative support by organising and maintaining filing systems.

Cover reception duties in the afternoon, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.

Receive and record visitors, ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed.

Handle phone calls professionally, directing them to the relevant department as necessary.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a finance or administrative role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility in working hours; available for a schedule of either 9-5 or 10-4.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
