Lead Contract Administrator - FM

Up to £35,000 per annum
Permanent role for a Lead Contract Administrator to join our facilities management client, working on site Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary is up to £35,000 per annum. This role will suit someone with a background and experience in managing the financial and compliance issues around a hard FM contract.
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
To assist with the control of all aspects of financial and commercial management of the contract.
Assist the Contract Manager in the management of WIP and management of debt.
To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance
Assist with monthly client reporting.
Assist the contract manager to ensure monthly KPI's and SLA's are achieved.
Raising and processing invoices in line with business requirements.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
