Duties:

Execute day-to-day operations within the Configuration and Service Department, following established procedures.

Collaborate as part of the business team to support budgetary forecasting aligned with company objectives.

Uphold and enhance the quality of work produced, ensuring it meets company standards.

Ensure tools and equipment necessary for the department's functions are available, properly maintained, and calibrated.

Follow and update work instructions to accurately reflect Configuration and Service work practices.

Provide technical support to customer services and subcontractors.

Assist the Goods Inward department with product inspection and testing when needed.

Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, demonstrating respect and cooperation as a member of the team.

Contribute to process improvement efforts by adhering to Lean principles.

Adhere to ISO9001:2000 procedures consistently.

Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
