I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for a Finance Manager
Location: London
On-site Requirements: Once a month
Salary: £59,000-£61,000
What you will have:
Good time management and organisation
Experience line managing and motivating a team
An understanding of the housing sector
Knowledge of FRS standards
A recognised accounting qualification
An understanding of accounts payable transactions and how it operates
What the Finance Manager will do:
Oversee and manage the AP function
Conduct weekly payment runs
Manage stakeholder relationships
Manage the processing of invoices to suppliers, lenders and contractors
Manage the cash resources and cash forecasts for the organisation
Maintain good controls for the companies assets
Manage and keep up to date with the systems in place
