R13 are working alongside a brilliant business in the property industry, in their search for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for 6 months.
Based in Norfolk, this is a full-time, temporary position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. The offered hourly rate is competitive depending on experience.
Please note, you will need to be able to travel to Devon for training.

The day to day
-
Accurately processing & reviewing invoices and payment requests.

Reconciling supplier statements & resolving discrepancies.

Providing support with the month-end process.

Liaising with suppliers & responding quickly to any queries.

General support on other accounting projects as needed.
You will have/be
-
Some previous accounts payable experience.

Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software.

Excellent communication and organisational skills/

Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work.
