Our client is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the delivery of on-site event services. Collaborating with the Senior Events Manager, you will be instrumental in AV event planning and execution for various live events, working closely with high-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
Management:
Build and maintain client relationships.
Directly manage Event Technicians.
Ensure all faults are reported and escalated according to SLAs.
Manage schedules, holidays, and absences within the team. Training & Development:
Foster team collaboration and morale.
Conduct annual performance reviews and regular one-on-ones. Administration:
Collect and input client data, including SLA performance and team metrics.
Attend client meetings and monthly reviews with the AV Operations Manager.
Develop and enhance site documentation and SOPs. Events & Broadcasts:
Manage resource scheduling, technical briefings, and live event management.
Collaborate with internal and external production and facilities companies.
Maintain good client communication and understand their technical needs.
Oversee live broadcasts across client sites. General Duties:
Offer best practices and risk assessments to clients.
Share event knowledge across the AV team.
Ensure the professional appearance of event spaces.
