Immediate Start Temporary Assignment - Duration 12 Months ***
We are currently working exclusively with a well known brand in Barnsely who currently have an opening for a P.A. to join them on a 12month contract basis to cover a maternity leave.
The overall purpose of the role will be to support the Directors of the business in all aspects of P.A. and administrative support. You will be working closely alongside the Senior Management team to encourage maximum time management and be the first point of contact.
i am looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate with a proven track record in a similar PA role. You will need the ability to prioritise workloads and working to and meeting all deadlines is critical
Responsibilities Include:
Working to meet strict deadlines
Attending meetings and taking notes
Diary Management
Answering and directing telephone calls
Handling admin work, creating reports and findings
Planning and coordination of all projects and events
Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices
Organising and delivering company events
Creating and maintaining personnel files
Person Specification:
Highly motivated and driven
Excellent working within a team
Able to prioritise your workload whilst handling multiple tasks
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams
Trustworthy
Reliable
Hours of Work:
37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
The role is a fixed term 12 month contract and the ideal candidate will be available to start asap
