We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator in the LS10 area
Key Responsibilities:
- Driver Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for drivers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Transport Administration: Manage and update transport records, schedules, and other essential documents.
- Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate data entries related to transport activities.
- Data Administration: Handle and organise transport data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Driver De-Briefing: Conduct de-briefing sessions with drivers at the end of their shifts to gather and document necessary information.
- General Admin Duties: Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in transport or logistics administration is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
