Job Description:
Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing family-owned business based in Hertfordshire, is looking to recruit a Sales and Office Administrator to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for a school or college leaver who is eager to start their career journey. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be well-organised, computer literate, and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Update website content, including products, images, descriptions, and pricing, and process web orders accurately.
Engineer Coordination: Manage the diary and job sheets for field engineers, including scheduling locations, times, and dates with customers and engineers.
Subscription Management: Input and maintain data for customer subscriptions.
Key Skills:
Communication: Strong English speaking and writing skills.
Organization: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive Attitude: A calm, confident, and positive approach to tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems.
