Customer Fulfilment Manager
We are recruiting for a Customer Fulfilment Manager to join our Lichfield based client. The business specialise in the design and production of innovative vehicle safety and security products. Their products range from cameras and digital video recorders through to reverse parking solutions and their customers range from individuals and small businesses through to extensive fleet work.
The Customer Fulfilment Manager will take responsibility for answering customer questions and resolving problems, setting team goals, monitoring progress and training staff members. The role will primarily be focused on delivering a first-class service to customers throughout the implementation of a project, coordinating installations, liaising with engineers, providing information both internally and externally and monitoring the customer journey from initial stages of a project through to any aftercare that may be required following completion. The development and implementation of data collection to provide accurate and timely data will be essential in this role.
The Fulfilment Manager plays an integral role in ensuring that the journey from order placement to delivery and beyond is smooth and efficient, maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
As a Customer Fulfilment Manager, you will need to have/be:
Management experience necessary, prefably leading a team
Professional telephone manner
Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
Good verbal and written communication skillsDetails:

Managing the team of project managers for Key Account
Overseeing a range of projects with different companies
Building relationships and liaising with customers
Liaising with procurement to ensure required stock levels
Liaising with engineers to establish work schedules, including subcontractors
Liaising with after-care engineers to arrange repair visits
Liaising with technical and finance departments
Preparing kits when required
Delivering a high level of customer service
Responding to email enquiries
Offering technical support when necessary
Commissioning vehicles as required
